Pure Glow brings sustainably sourced, highly purified marine collagen to wine lovers in a brand-new format – now available as a refreshing, lighter-styled Rosé. Crafted at 9.5% ABV from a field blend of sustainably certified South Australian fruit, the new Pure Glow Rosé combines the trend for moderation with the popularity of beauty ingredients like collagen.
Marine collagen comes from the skin and scales of fish, which can often be discarded as waste. It is a widely used peptide across the beauty, health and wellness sectors, with projections for the marine collagen market in Australia to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 10.3 per cent from 2025 to 2030.
Pure Glow Drinks founder, Jo Watkins, said Pure Glow Rosé represents a unique connection between conscious living and luxury.
“Pure Glow is part of the new wave of drinks that break tradition by fusing trends and concepts from across different categories, which we hope will pique the interest of those not entirely familiar with wine, or perhaps don’t see themselves in what is traditionally marketed in the wine category,” said Watkins.
“Pure Glow is an invitation to enjoy a wine that’s delicious and mindful—whether during quiet moments of relaxation or shared with friends, but in a way that reflects modern values. I am proud to bring such an exciting innovation to Australia alongside my brother, and the Pure Glow winemaker, Sam Watkins.”
The Watkins Wine family behind the new Pure Glow has blended marine collagen into the mix of grenache, shiraz, and merlot, creating a delicate and refreshing wine with notes of fresh strawberry and cherry.
Winemaker Sam Watkins specifically chose marine collagen as the source material for the infusion as it’s generally considered a more sustainable choice compared to alternative collagen material.
Pure Glow Rosé is available at select bottle shops and online at pureglowdrinks.com.au for RRP $25.00.
